Job Overview

ProAutomated Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to various locations, tackling hands-on projects and ensuring the accurate installation of cutting-edge automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to diverse locations and work on complex projects, from programming to troubleshooting innovative automation systems.
  • Verify that systems are installed correctly, with sensors and equipment calibrated to precise standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on system operations, addressing any challenges with confidence and expertise.
  • Schedule flexibility is required, with varying shifts including 5-2, 10-4, and 14-7.

Requirements:

  • A passion for travel and adaptability to changing project schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of a major international airport and have a car within 45 days of employment.
  • Must own a personal car within 45 days of employment with ProAutomated.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for US positions.
  • Recommended: PLC or programming experience/education or technical field background. 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
