Available Shifts:
- Evening
- Overnight
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings from various channels including phone, email, and online systems.
- Support partners in efficiently organizing their transport teams.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to swiftly address any challenges.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrates patience and professionalism when interacting with partners.
- Skilled in multitasking, such as entering data while engaged in conversations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Builds effective relationships with partners through phone communication.
- Precise data entry capabilities with a strong focus on detail.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, particularly in call centers or retail, is beneficial.
