Overview:
The Field Operations Supervisor oversees the daily functions of the office services team.
This role is essential in delivering office services such as document management, mail distribution, office equipment procurement, and facility upkeep that align with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing activities at the designated location.
- Supervise specific tasks or projects at the site.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among team members or between clients and staff, involving the Site Manager when necessary.
- Train new hires on their responsibilities and facilitate cross-training for existing staff.
- Complete necessary logs, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all completed work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a reprographic or mail environment is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Physical Demands:
Physical activity is required, including bending, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing. The role may involve lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.
