Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Order and interpret laboratory and radiology tests to inform patient care decisions
  • Prescribe medication and provide education to patients and families
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Current NYS license and board certification
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Current BLS Certification
Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to lift 40 pounds and spend approximately 80% of their time standing.
