Key Responsibilities
  • Producer Compliance Review
    • Conduct thorough reviews of producer compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Utilize expertise in industry standards and practices to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Producer Appointment Review
    • Evaluate escalated producer appointment requests and make recommendations for approval or denial.
    • Communicate final decisions to the Licensing team and document review results.
  • Producer Audits
    • Develop and implement audit programs to ensure producers appointed with the company adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Conduct routine producer audits, gathering evidence and analyzing data to form sound conclusions.
  • Process Improvement
    • Review and revise company producer contracting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide technical advice to internal teams on compliant contracting processes.
  • Regulatory Engagement and Reporting
    • Prepare regulatory filings and examinations as assigned.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance or financial services industry compliance, audit, or risk management.
    • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and deliver reports, documentation, and procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $67,000 - $92,050 annually, a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in office, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and dental insurance, 401K with company match, and pension package.
