About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our float nursing pool at Montgomeryville Nursing&Rehab - Montgomeryville, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
