Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Float LPN to join our team at Montgomeryville Nursing&Rehab in Montgomeryville, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
