Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Nursing Pool at Crestview Center in Langhorne, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within our geographic area, delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising unlicensed staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
