Join Our Float Nursing Pool

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float nursing pool at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $42.00. As a float nurse, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
