Position Overview

As a Culinary Supervisor at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, you will be responsible for leading kitchen personnel to achieve daily objectives while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the Kitchen Manager, you will optimize kitchen operations and uphold a clean and safe environment. Your duties will encompass monitoring food safety standards, effective communication, inventory management, and supporting kitchen workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to oversee budgetary expendituresEnsure a hygienic and secure kitchen environmentSupervise food temperature controls to avert foodborne illnessesFacilitate clear communication with team members and suppliersAssist in procurement and receiving of kitchen suppliesEngage in various tasks related to kitchen operationsQualifications:

Fundamental knowledge of sanitation, safety, and customer relationsStrong communication skillsPhysical Demands / Work Environment:
