Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director PC to join our team at Gentiva. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Personal Care unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall responsibility for running the unit, developing and maintaining an atmosphere that enables staff to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise the recruitment effort of assigned staff and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with program standards and ensuring that all information in the DADS Program Manuals is up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with at least a high school diploma or a general equivalency degree (GED).
- Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field.
- Be a licensed physician, a registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting.
