  • Support marketing efforts and contribute to the development of promotional materials.
  • Comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Two years of experience in rental housing sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and manage staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate the community.
