Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver financial education programs and services to support wounded service members and their families.
- Manage a caseload of financial readiness cases, providing individualized support and guidance to warriors and their families.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide access to financial resources and services.
- Conduct financial assessments and provide personalized recommendations to help warriors achieve financial stability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to provide financial education and support services.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to warriors and their families, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Four years of experience in financial counseling, financial education, or personal financial management services.
- Two years of experience working with military or veteran populations.
- Two years of experience with Salesforce.
- Two years of experience working with event planning and scheduling systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, financial management, or a related field.
- Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or pursuing accreditation.
- Certified Financial Health Counselor (CFHC).
- General office environment; temperature controlled.
- Up to 10% travel.

For Colorado applicants, the estimated hiring range is between $60,211 and $75,264 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
For Tacoma, Washington applicants, the estimated hiring range is between $65,945 and $82,432 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
For Washington, D.C. applicants, the estimated hiring range is between $68,812 and $86,016 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
For New York applicants, the estimated hiring range is between $71,680 and $89,600 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
