Job Summary

First Financial Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant Manager to join its team onsite at our new operations center in Pasadena. As the Manager of Facilities, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our facilities to ensure they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of the Facilities Team, ensuring that all facilities-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including corporate buildings and branch offices, to ensure that they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage the facilities budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that the budget is met.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all facilities-related services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to requests for facilities-related services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management, applying this knowledge to improve facilities operations and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on operations and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices, including budgeting, contracting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Valid California driver's license and good driving record.
