The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between users and the Revenue Cycle Integrity department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate BSA employees on revenue cycle processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with area supervisors to create competency testing standards and measure employee performance.
- Design and implement daily audits to monitor education status and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in revenue cycle management and compliance.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
