Job Summary

As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the overall operation of venue and hotel entertainment and assigned special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the overall operation of venue and hotel entertainment and assigned special events.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with all departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the day-to-day technical operation and quality assurance of all entertainment venues.
  • Promote positive guest experiences by facilitating the running of talent and technical aspects at the optimum performance levels.
  • Work in conjunction with leadership and Entertainment team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the enhancement of all entertainment venues and special events.
  • Finalize performance contracts and manage contract talent relationships.
  • Support leadership in concept development, stage management, coordination of creative team, talent booking and creative endeavors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the event management, entertainment, talent booking or related professional area.
  • OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the event management or related professional area required.
