About the Job:

The John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities at Stanford University seeks a qualified Policy Analyst to join our team.

This is a fixed-term position with an end date of one year and is renewable based on performance and funding.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to work on various research projects related to youth, families, and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research studies including needs assessments, landscape analyses, and program evaluations
  • Develop and carry out research designs that utilize robust methods
  • Communicate research findings to various audiences through reports, presentations, and articles
  • Supervise graduate level research assistants and other staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree may be required for some programs
  • Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
  • Ability to oversee and direct staff

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $76,000 to $95,000 per annum.
