We invite applications for a Researcher in Education Policy position at the John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities, Stanford University.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to research on policy-relevant topics affecting youth, families, and communities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with researchers to develop and implement research designs, conduct studies, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute research studies to inform policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with researchers to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure research relevance and impact.
  • Prepare and present research findings to academic and community audiences.
  • Supervise graduate students and junior staff on specific projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree may be required for some programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with statistical software and survey research platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: The expected pay range for this position is $76,000 to $95,000 per annum.
