Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit a Product Engineering Manager (Reliability & Testing) in Nashville, TN. The role offers relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct projects to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop test plans and lead field testing activities.
  • Review test outcomes, interpret results, and communicate findings to engineering teams.
  • Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
  • Analyze warranty data and provide insight and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to direct reports.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in product development/design, with a focus on reliability, failure analysis, and/or testing.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc.
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
