About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our In-Game Media team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of in-game sponsorships and leveraging your expertise in gaming and adtech to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases to evaluate opportunities for new inventory and ensure seamless integration with EA's studio teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and build alignment on key initiatives.
  • Design and execute production schedules, define testing requirements, and operationalize ongoing workflows for content creation and ingestion.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks through process design and tech enablement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role in tech or gaming industries, with a focus on game development, advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management and design software such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Google Drive, and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within specified timelines.
What We Offer

Electronic Arts offers a competitive salary range of $140,700 - $204,700 USD Annually in California, $125,300 - $198,100 USD Annually in Washington, and $115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually in British Columbia. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
