Game Production Coordinator

Rouge Mocap is seeking a highly organized and motivated Game Production Coordinator to support our team in managing the production process for high-profile AAA video game cinematics. This role will be pivotal in facilitating communication, organization, and accountability across various teams while ensuring smooth operations throughout the production pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Assist in creating, estimating, and tracking major milestones and tasks for game cinematics production.
- Communication and Organization: Set up and attend studio meetings, take detailed notes, delegate action items, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and organization across multiple development teams, ensuring accountability and clarity.
- Project Status Updates: Collaborate with producers and leadership to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks.
- Schedule Management: Manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure performance metrics are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review and Feedback: Lead reviews and dailies, providing clear and constructive feedback to keep projects on track.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a game production role.
- Familiarity with game development processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Ftrack, & Shotgrid.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, etc.).
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 / year. Onsite. Full time. Range depends on experience, education, and qualifications.
