Position Overview
As a vital member of our Member Services team, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of individuals by offering innovative digital personal finance solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from onboarding new members to addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout their financial journey. You will be a source of empathy, care, and guidance, ensuring that our members feel supported at every stage.

Work Schedule
This position operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with our members through phone, email, and chat, demonstrating care in every interaction.
- Listen attentively to our members, providing empathetic solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (call center or retail).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 8 am - 9 pm.
- A people-centric approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Excellent communication skills.
