Domestic Services Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic Services Technician to join our team in providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes and businesses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping/janitorial experience and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Domestic Services Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to customers' homes and businesses to provide a variety of cleaning services, including cleaning all surfaces in the home, vacuuming all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture, and carrying all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment and withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Reliable and dependable presence
• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment

Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not mandatory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Personal cell phone with access to business app
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions
