Responsibilities:
* Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms using various equipment and software
* Detect and report significant rhythm changes to registered nurses in a timely manner
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate records of patient monitoring data
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
* National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
* 1+ years of experience as a monitor technician preferred

Salary and Benefits:
$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
