Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for executing traditional consumer banking tasks for retail banking customers. The incumbent will execute branch leads according to consumer bank standards, successfully complete customer transaction requests, and effectively convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads.

The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, strategies, programs, and Core Values. This role may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Promote the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
  2. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
  3. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
  4. Incorporate FNB digital products & services into customer interactions.
  5. Using FNB approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
  6. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
  7. Assist with the management of daily sales activity, assisting with pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring and measuring sales results.
  8. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:

High School or GED

1 year of job-related experience

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented

Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software

MS Word - Basic Level

MS Excel - Intermediate Level

MS PowerPoint - Basic Level

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required
