Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing top-notch client service.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage audits in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Supervise and lead a team of auditors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage relationships with clients, providing excellent service, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior members of the audit team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial procedures, controls, and systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferred).
  • Proven experience in audit and attestation, with a strong understanding of auditing principles and techniques.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a knack for motivating and developing staff.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or similar certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting software and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
