GPAC, an award-winning search firm, is seeking a Results-Driven Insurance Sales Professional to drive new business revenue growth of personal lines clients through various channels. This role is expected to establish additional wins through self-generated referral systems, centers of influence, and community engagement/interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based on performance metrics
  • Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
  • Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume
  • Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis
  • Utilize CRM to support the sales process, including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow-up's etc.
  • Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with the account management team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in insurance sales
  • Personable, initiative-taking, purposeful, and organized individual driven to achieve individual sales goals
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
  • Good teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work with senior-level management and have a top-level executive presence
  • College degree preferred
  • P&C License
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
