About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled life insurance sales agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with policyholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop Insurance Solutions: Collaborate with policyholders to create personalized insurance risk management profiles that meet their evolving needs.">
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Remain knowledgeable about various types of insurance, insurance protocols, and policy changes to ensure program requirements are met and customers are satisfied.">
  • Customer Engagement: Act as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales.">
  • Sales Growth: Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders.">
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders.">
  • Client Consultations: Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations.">
  • Customer Service: Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies.">
  • New Business Development: Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business.">
  • Claims Processing: Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims.">
  • Record Management: Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current.">

  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and hardworking.">
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer service or sales representative experience preferred.">
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills required.">
  • Education: Have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired.">
  • Insurance License: Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.">
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.">
