Aerospace Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Crucial Link Group. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals and make meaningful connections with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs
- Exceed sales quotas and goals through successful distribution inside sales experience
- Sell to aerospace and military markets, with a focus on electromechanical parts and rugged electronics
- Interface with vendors and customers to resolve problems and improve inventory levels
- Maintain accurate sales records and administer incentive programs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in commercial distribution, preferably in the electro-mechanical market or computer market
- Degree from a recognized college or university
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between $50,000-$65,000, plus commission and performance-based bonuses
- 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off
