Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting and data entry tasks, including vehicle administration, incentives, banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate proactively with colleagues and vendors to resolve billing issues
  • Assist with transactional accounting and reporting requirements
  • Scan and process documents as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Dealership experience a plus
  • Experience with CDK/ADP a plus
