Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Engagea Comm. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in various systems and databases, supporting our operations and ensuring the integrity of our data records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain and update databases by entering new data, performing regular data clean-up tasks, and ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to support business operations, identify trends, and track key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry, with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
