Job Summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a skilled CDL Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport waste and construction debris to disposal sites. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Deliver and remove roll-off containers to/from customer sites, following a predetermined route or work order.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
  • At least 19 years of age.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
  • No DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of CDL truck driving experience.
  • Waste industry experience, a plus.
