Switchback Sports and Skis on the Run, a leading provider in ski delivery services, is on the lookout for full-time Reservation Associates for the upcoming season. Become part of a lively team that sets the benchmark in the ski industry. We are in search of professional candidates who possess outstanding customer service skills and a keen eye for detail, thriving in a bustling, high-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling guest reservations through phone and online platforms
  • Coordinating delivery schedules with ski technicians
  • Executing daily administrative tasks
  • Providing support with backshop duties as required
  • Assisting ski technicians with deliveries and daily shop operations

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Candidates must excel in a collaborative team setting and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.


Compensation:
$18-$20/hour
Tips and commissions

Complimentary ski pass


Flexible scheduling is essential (morning and evening shifts); shifts typically range from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Availability is required on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. With morning and evening shifts, you can easily enjoy skiing or snowboarding several days a week.
