Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for the Foodservice channel
  • Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines
  • Manage year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups
  • Manage customer data integrity issues
  • Provide support to the team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments
Requirements
  • 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess materiality, risk exposure, and to implement creative solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of general accounting and accrual transactions
  • 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
  • 2-3 years showcasing well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility
