Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing critical accounting functions, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Perform comprehensive account reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and preparing journal entries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite, with experience in creating complex financial models and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with internal controls, audit support, and process optimization, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
