Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise both salaried and hourly employees in a unionized production environment.
  • Act as a proactive leader to unify teams in improving manufacturing KPIs and achieving production goals.
  • Enhance the consistency of documenting, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes through training and structured procedures.
  • Initiate continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing KPIs related to cost, quality, fill rates, and productivity.
  • Utilize lean methodologies to optimize production operations.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management is required.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • A solid background in utilizing lean and Six Sigma tools for process improvements.
  • Proven ability to influence and empower team members through effective communication.
