Wage: $21.00/hour to start

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately interpret and follow the production schedule and set-up documentation.
  • Complete daily production reports and press documentation with precision.
  • Conduct inspections of parts and products to identify potential defects or quality concerns.

  • Possess the authority to halt machinery for repairs, quality checks, or safety issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Standing: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting/Carrying: Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds.
  • Hand Tasks: Engage in various hand and arm activities including grasping, pinching, reaching, and handling.
  • Work Environment: Eye protection is mandatory. Work conditions may range from 60 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Other: Must be capable of climbing steps, maintaining balance, and possessing good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to visually detect defects, colors, and variances.
  • Must interact effectively with all team members and personnel.
