Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our security services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account implementation and start-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
