At Leidos, we are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As the largest provider of IT services, we develop and sustain large data and technology infrastructures and integrate complex law enforcement IT systems for various US federal agencies.

This role would be serving a federal law enforcement agency in Clarksburg, WV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security audits, risk analysis, and application-level vulnerability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform security audits and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to mitigate security risks.
  • Conduct research to identify new attack vectors and stay up-to-date with the latest security threats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team environment.
  • US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and JIRA software development tools.
