At Leidos, we are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As the largest provider of IT services, we develop and sustain large data and technology infrastructures and integrate complex law enforcement IT systems for a number of US federal agencies.

This role would be serving a federal law enforcement agency in Clarksburg, WV.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform security audits, risk analysis, application-level vulnerability testing, and security code reviews.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct research to identify new attack vectors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • US Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Linux operating system.
  • JIRA, Confluence software development tools.
  • Javascript programming language.
