Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years of job-related experience) is essential. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience is required, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance:
A Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory at the time of hire. Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Position Overview:

As a Linux and Cloud Systems Support Engineer for Space and Intelligence Systems, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to ensuring the successful operation of virtual machines and applications within a Platform As A Service environment.

Your responsibilities will include the installation and deployment of Platform As A Service systems, conducting monthly system updates, and troubleshooting application or virtual machine issues.


Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, virtual machine management, containerized services, and experience in a tiered helpdesk environment will be advantageous.
