About the Role:

  • Engage with warm leads provided by our Public Relations team, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients who have expressed interest in our insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Educate clients about different insurance policies, coverage options, and potential risks, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Presentation of insurance solutions in a clear and compelling manner, addressing any concerns and providing professional guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with clients to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and address any policy-related inquiries or modifications.
  • Collaboration with underwriters and claims professionals to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient policy issuance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to enhance expertise and deliver superior customer service.
