Job Description:

The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise and technical knowledge to promote and secure profitable projects. Key Responsibilities include building relationships with key accounts, conducting outreach to increase product awareness, securing meetings, and closing sales.

Key Performance Objectives:
  1. Generate revenue in excess of $250,000 within the first year.
  2. Develop a strong network of distributors and contractors.
  3. Increase brand recognition through effective sales strategies.
  4. Ssecure contracts and establish a sales funnel.
  5. Establish relationships with architects and decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management of roofing or waterproofing projects.
  • Familiarity with roofing and waterproofing products.
  • A strong network in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to meeting sales goals.
