Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Plans Coordinator. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills to effectively manage our Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various internal departments as necessary.
  • Engage with new customers during sign-ups, maintenance visits, and renewals.
  • Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing members.
  • Generate reports to assess productivity and monitor member metrics.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
  • Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet business demands.
  • Maintain clear and calm communication in all interactions.
  • Exhibit accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and word-processing software.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer operation.

Work Schedule:
Availability to work as required based on business needs.
