Clinical Quality Specialist

At Alaska Regional Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and develop system-wide processes related to clinical quality measures
- Implement and maintain assigned Quality metrics, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver educational programs for leadership, staff, and physicians on Quality measures
- Monitor and analyze trends in Quality metrics, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvement
- Provide feedback and support to staff, management, and physicians to enhance performance and compliance
- Minimum three years RN and/or Quality Improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of nursing processes and quality improvement principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
