Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and develop system-wide processes related to clinical quality measures
  • Implement and maintain assigned Quality metrics, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
  • Design and deliver educational processes for leadership, staff, and physicians on assigned Quality measures
  • Monitor and analyze trends in Quality metrics, working with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvement
  • Provide feedback and support to staff, management, and physicians to enhance performance and compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years RN and/or Quality Improvement experience
  • Strong knowledge of nursing processes and quality improvement principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
