Key Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Manager is tasked with overseeing daily assembly and testing operations at our facility.

The selected candidate will lead manufacturing supervisors and a represented workforce of assembly and test technicians, ensuring effective support for various product lines.

This role demands a focus on delivering defect-free products while adhering to program cost and scheduling requirements.

As an effective change manager, you will navigate the complexities of transitioning projects from design to production, managing lower maturity projects that require quick adaptation and innovative solutions.

Additionally, you will analyze extensive data sets to optimize workforce management and operational efficiency.


Security Clearance Requirement:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens for eligibility.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience with a represented workforce.

Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Ability to obtain an Interim Secret DoD clearance prior to employment, requiring U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital tools and data analysis to enhance manufacturing operations.

Background in electrical and mechanical assembly and testing for radar and launcher systems.

Exceptional communication abilities.

Work Schedule:
This position is structured as a 4x10 work schedule, with potential alternative schedules based on job fit as determined during the interview process.
