As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on essential skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ABA-based treatment plans for children with autism

Collaborate with families to execute treatment plans and provide ongoing support

Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment progress

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Passion for working with children and families

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain various postures for extended periods
