- **SAP HR Experience**: Possess experience working with SAP HR systems and have a strong understanding of their functionality and configuration.
- **Planning and Coordination Skills**: Possess strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication and Presentation Skills**: Possess strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
