Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the institution to a diverse audience at high schools, community colleges, and college fairs. Create and manage a travel and recruitment strategy within assigned territories, fostering relationships with local high schools and implementing effective recruitment plans. Organize and execute on-campus and off-campus events in collaboration with various departments and external partners. Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students throughout the recruitment cycle. Track and analyze recruitment, application, and enrollment metrics within the designated territory. Review student applications and credentials to make informed admission decisions. Facilitate presentations for group visits to the campus. Conduct informative sessions and tours for prospective students and families during both weekdays and weekends. Assist with various admissions and recruitment initiatives as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
A Master's Degree is preferred; however, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered. A valid driver's license is required. Experience working with youth and diverse populations, particularly in sales, admissions, recruitment, or higher education is advantageous. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage various audiences in different settings. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. A collaborative, energetic, and resourceful approach to work. Quick adaptability to various software and technology tools. Sensitivity and understanding when working with students and families from diverse backgrounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as required. Preference will be given to candidates with a successful track record of innovative strategies to enhance student enrollment outcomes. Additional Information:
This is a full-time, exempt position within the administrative and professional faculty. A successful criminal background check is a prerequisite for employment. Individuals with experience in national service programs are encouraged to apply.
